One shuttle heading to the Moonrise Hotel and one heading to the Ritz Carlton and Drury Inn will depart every half hour starting at 5:00 PM until 7:30 PM. The shuttle will board right outside the first floor entrance of Washington University School of Law (Anheuser-Busch Hall) on Snow Way.
For those attending the Keynote Dinner, one shuttle heading to the Moonrise and one headed to the Ritz Carlton and Drury Inn. Both shuttles board in front of Brookings Hall, near Holmes Lounge, at 8:15 PM, 8:45 PM, and again at 9:15 PM. A conference staff member will direct you to the shuttle, and the location is featured on the maps inside your programs.
The shuttle will be running to all three hotels at 30 minute increments from 3:15 PM until 5:15 PM. The shuttle will board right outside the first floor entrance of the Washington University School of Law on Snow Way.
Please note that all pick ups and drops offs for the Ritz Carlton will be at the Ballroom Entrance. Please ask front desk staff at the Ritz Carlton for assistance.
